15 days of Love || Telugu short film 2017 || A Jayakishore Show

ROMANCE, ROMANCE, ROMANCE, ROMANCE & ok…COMEDY

Five Things Why You Should Watch 15 Days of Love || Filmoya Reviews

Before you watch this 15 Days of Love, you MUST watch the teaser video of it. The curiosity it created in the short-film audience is something that can’t be expressed, but to be felt. Probably, all romantic movie-makers would get jealous looking at how this guy, Kishore made the audience feel butterflies in their stomachs, without ACCTUALLY making the actors kiss.

Here is the teaser1 of 15 Days of Love

Teaser 2 of 15 Days of Love

Five things why one should watch this film..

ROMANCE, ROMANCE, ROMANCE, ROMANCE & ok…COMEDY.

    Sunny Naveen, Rohini Rachel
    Editor : A Vara Prasad
    Dop : Mohan Chary
    Music : Jay
    Producer : Karthik sabareesh
    Directed : Jayakishore Bandi

This  15 Days of Love is all about a young couple who puts together all their dreams and hopes and get madly in love with each other. In only thirty minutes of film, the writer cum director cooked a beautiful, tender and feel-good love story. The guy’s love doesn’t end when the girl says she already had a boyfriend. Instead, He asks her for the proof because he doesn’t want to regret later knowing she didn’t have any boyfriend. And at one point of time, the girl’s perception of the guy changes and that’s exactly when the celebration of love begins. The scenes between these two were so wonderfully written and shot. With a love and affection that never wavers, this cute love story goes on.

Do you know what Sridevi garu said??

    No??

Okay…Listen….“Nayanom me sapna, Sapnom mein sajna, Sajna pe dil aagayaa”.

Do you know what it means??

    No again??

Huh….Okay…It means “Kurralni ekkuva thippinchukokandi, Vallaki manam thappa evaru leru, propose chesthe twaraga reply ivandi”

Rather than build all unnecessary drama, this guy JayKishore is back with an other hilarious love story. With his unique writing style, he gave a new practical definition to love saying ‘love is not anymore about true love. Its about fantasies.’ He adds that love wants pizzas and burgers, and asks her, where people get all those from?  This style of writing makes you feel like you are watching some trivikram-allu arjun combo movie. Lol Bhaskara Bhatla garu must have never imagined his ‘magaallu otti mayagalle’ song  to fit so well into this guy’s dialogues’ show.

The music director JAY is again a perfect match to the director’s story.  The music in it has no highs and lows but sounds like a steady breeze brushing your ears. I am in so love with this film’s music that I already converted it to mp3 file and loaded in my mobile. The flute music at 23:52 makes you feel like you’re watching a pakka telugu movie.

This guy Sunny Naveen was given a Dhanush-like look and a great attitude. The guy’s character was elevated enough to make the female-audience fall in love with him. Look at this guy’s attitude when he Lightens a cracker and says Hi to her. The actress Rachel looks like Regina Cassadra in most of the scenes and she looks the prettiest when she smiles. The pair had a comfortable chemistry which makes the audience get into the actors’ shoes.  However, unarguably, Sunny Naveen had a challenging character on his shoulders yet he carried it so well.

Another bench mark is set for the short film makers with this film. On behalf of all the shortfilm makers, I would like to ask the director only one question –“How do you expect us to reach the same romance-standards of this film??” :D

However, I absolutely can’t believe, a half an hour of story could be so beautifully shot with no locations at all, other than the galli, road. This galli is there almost in every film of his, which creates a local-love story kind of feeling to the audience. I wish more love stories begin in this small galli. I’m done watching the film and yet am still sitting infront my lappy wondering “wow”.  It would undoubtedly make its way to the rarest romantic short films list we have. Gud luck guys!!

    Positives:

    Dialogues

    Lead roles Characterization

    Music

    Negatives:

If I have to say one, it’s the girl’s hair style; she is more beautiful with loose hair.
